Toye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Northeastern University Boston, Massachusetts. Toye’s educational and career roots are in Massachusetts, New York, Florida (Tampa Bay) and Atlanta professional markets.

Toye hails from a proud family of educators-trainers-business owners within the New York community.
